Reuben is founder and Chief Executive Officer of EA Markets. In addition to his management responsibilities, he leads the firm’s client service activities.
Prior to EA, Reuben served as Co-Head of U.S. Investment Banking with Barclays Capital, Managing Director with Deutsche Bank, Head of U.S. Corporate Swaps Marketing with J.P. Morgan, and he started his career as a senior consultant with Price Waterhouse.
Reuben earned a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Trustee of the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC and a member of YPO. He lives in New York City with his wife and three children.
Robert is President of EA Markets. He leads the firm’s strategic initiatives, business development, and corporate management activities.
Robert co-founded Capstar Partners, LLC, a market leading financial services firm specializing in leveraged leasing and structured financing solutions, which was acquired by BNP Paribas. He has worked in the financial industry for over 30 years, beginning his investment banking career with Bankers Trust. He has been Chairman of Melior Discovery and Managing Director and Partner at Loeb Enterprises. Prior to joining EA, he was President-North America and a Board Member for Karhoo Inc., a technology company in the transportation industry.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
William leads the firm’s Infrastructure and Project Financing practice.
Prior to EA, William was the CEO for JCRA’s North American advisory business where he built a $25 billion per annum derivative and capital markets advisory business. This venture represented JCRA’s first international expansion out of the UK and became a business that involved transactions in North America, South America, Asia and Europe. William started his career at Citigroup gaining capital markets experience over a 23 year tenure that included mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, financial risk management, and derivative structuring and execution. He spent the latter 17 years at Citigroup structuring derivatives and asset backed financings in both the US and Europe. The transaction types included private equity sponsored transactions, securitizations, transportation and toll roads, ports, real estate and facility expansion and government related transactions.
William graduated cum laude with Economics Departmental Distinction from St. Olaf College and has an MBA in Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Fouad heads up EA Markets’ structured finance advisory practice. He has over 20 years of experience in the sector having led ABS banking teams at both JP Morgan and Barclays Capital. He has helped raise over $50 billion of non-recourse financing for leading Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups across various asset classes including transportation, IP, alternative energy and specialty finance. Fouad began his career as a corporate attorney pursuing leveraged leasing and project finance at White & Case and securitization at Sidley.
Fouad graduated from Georgetown University with a combined JD and Masters from the School of Foreign Service and completed his undergraduate work at Harvard. He is fluent in French and Arabic and recently advised The END Fund, the leading aggregator of philanthropic capital tasked with ending neglected tropical diseases. Fouad lives in Connecticut with his family.
David Co-Heads the firm’s Private Equity Leveraged Finance Advisory practice.
Prior to EA, David spent over 7 years with BNP Paribas in the private equity leveraged finance business leading its effort in Technology, Media & Telecom financings. David began his career at Bank of America in mergers and acquisitions and over his 20 year career has held senior investment banking positions in financial sponsor coverage and leveraged finance having originated and executed over $35 billion in leveraged financings for private equity firms.
David holds a BS in Accounting from CSU, Long Beach and an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
Aashish is responsible for strategic finance and credit rating advisory, capital markets transaction execution and developing new client relationships for EA Markets.
Aashish began his investment banking career with Credit Suisse advising and assisting financial sponsor clients in accessing leveraged capital markets. He also held leveraged finance and capital markets advisory roles at UBS and Ondra Partners prior to joining EA.
Aashish earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Maharishi Dayanand University, India. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
Brad is responsible for capital markets transaction execution as well as developing new client relationships for EA Markets.
Prior to joining EA Markets, Brad served as a Vice President at SPP Capital Partners where he was responsible for originating and executing a variety of private debt and equity transactions. He began his career at Goldman Sachs.
Brad earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA from Hamilton College. He lives in Rumson, NJ with his wife and two children.
Gene is a Senior Advisor to EA Markets and supports the firm’s business development outreach to large corporates and financial sponsors.
Gene has more than 40 years of experience in public accounting practice where he specialized in international and corporate taxation and tax matters pertaining to structured finance and private equity firms. Gene was the Partner in charge of the New York and U.S. International Tax practices of two major international accounting and consulting firms, respectively. He served for over 25 years in the New York office of a Big 4 firm, including 17 years as an international tax partner advising some of that firm’s largest clients. Gene also held a senior position with Capstar Partners where he advised on the tax and accounting aspects of leasing and asset-based financing strategies.
Gene received a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and a Master of Business Administration from the New York University Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (New York) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Gene and his wife and children reside in Bergen County, New Jersey.
Joe leads the financial and business operations for EA Markets. He is responsible for the firm’s financial, administrative and regulatory matters, and he also serves as Financial & Operations Principal for the firm’s broker-dealer affiliate, EA Markets Securities LLC.
Prior to joining EA, Joe was President at Multilateral Funding International (MFI), a boutique investment bank focused on emerging markets. At MFI, Joe managed all activities of the investment banking, asset management and brokerage businesses. Joe began his career supporting investment and transaction execution activities for a private family office.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University.
