EA Markets is seeking qualified candidates for an immediate start in a full-time Vice President role at the firm. The Vice President will be responsible for the following:

  • structuring and executing securitization transactions on behalf of EA Markets’ clients – including private placements, conduit financings with partner banks and advisory on 144A bond execution
  • developing new ideas/products/solutions for clients, including research of relevant regulatory, structuring, rating agency and market developments
  • conducting primary due diligence and industry research on potential transactions
  • developing transaction memos to present to internal committees
  • managing the capital raising process – including creation of presentations and marketing materials for clients, prospects, and funding partners
  • supervising analysts and acting as an intermediary between junior and senior bankers


The ideal Vice President will possess the following qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of securitization banking experience at an ABS desk
  • Strong understanding of ABS/non-recourse underwriting and credit process, cash flow modeling for a host of asset classes, with strong preference for “esoteric” or “off-the-run” asset classes including transportation (aviation), fintech, solar and IP/whole-co securitization
  • Should be a self-starter and team player with strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage transaction execution and client support
  • Candidate must have the ability to construct concise, persuasive verbal and written transaction description in a timely manner
  • Candidate should have a desire to develop and expand relationships within the investment community – particularly with private placement ABS/transportation desks
  • Candidate should be sales oriented, energetic, and self-motivated with strong initiative to execute pipeline growth success
  • Completed undergraduate or graduate studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar subject
  • Series 7 or 79 and Series 63 registrations
  • Advanced experience with Excel, Intex (Deal Maker), PowerPoint, and Bloomberg
